A: RVsitebuilder 6 and 7 are different platforms that you can see they are separated icons on control panel. If your website was built with RVsitebuilder 6, please access RVsitebuilder 6 to continue it (Guide to identify the version). If you cannot find the RVsitebuilder 6 icon to access. Please contact your host provider to install RVsitebuilder 6 for you by this guide (this will not charge them price).
Q: What will happen to my current website after updated a new version?
A: Your website created with RVsitebuilder previous version (Version 6.4 and version 5) will be able to edit as usual in your control panel at the RVsitebuilder 6 icon (the green one). It can be edited, added pages, published and online normally.
Q: Will RVsitebuilder current versions change to a new version automatically after upgraded?
A: Once a server got RVsitebuilder upgraded from version 6 to 7, it will have RVsitebuilder two versions to access. Projects from version 6 will stay to continue editing and creating new ones, and will be able to use only the features in its original version. RVsitebuilder 7 will be another app you can access to create new projects. See RVsitebuilder icons to access.
Q: If my host provider upgraded RVsitebuilder to a new version, do I have to pay for the use of new version?
A: Depends on your host provider package, but it's usually free of charge. You may contact them directly.
Q: Can my website by RVsitebuilder 6 be migrated and continue in version 7?
A: Unfortunately, can't do by automatic or a single button, but manually by technical. Guide here. Some design or content layout might be broken due to the different frameworks, some images and content might be moved its position that you have to redesign it again.

Q: I built my website with RVsitebuilder 7.1, by selecting a new template design from RVsitebuilder 7.2 and later updates, what effect to my current website project?
A: In case you already finished your website, and you need to select a new template from RVsitebuilder 7.2 or later updates, please be noted that your website is safe to switch a template. All the content, configurations, and users will be kept. Things will be changed are images and text on Header Banner of EVERY page that you have to reinsert again. The content section designs will not change as the new template you select, it's to save the content. You can drag and drop the new content sections later.
