You're creating a site but RVsitebuilder doesn't go nowhere, no error message guide for the solution either.
The solution can be done by:
1. Increase the max_execute time to greater than or equal to 90 seconds.
1.1 cPanel : If you access to RVsitebuilder through your cPanel.
1.1.1 For Easy Apache server. You can edit from "MultiPHP INI Editor".
1.1.2 For Cloudlinux server. You can edit from "PHP Selector".
1.2 Web installer : If you install RVsitebuilder CMS directly on domain name root, and access to edit site by domainname.com/login/admin
- Create new PHP file on public path and add "phpinfo();" to this file.
- Open this file on your domain website and search "Loaded Configuration File". Select and copy this path.
- Edit "max_execution_time" to be greater than or equal to 90 seconds.
Go back to RVsitebuilder CMS to create/edit your site again. It's ready for you now.
If it still doesn't work, please continue number 2.
2. Cloudlinux IO limit
2.1 Increase IO limit (root). If you cannot access to WHM, please contact your host provider to do this for you.
- Go to CloudLinux LVE Manager -> Users tab, choose a reseller and click on the pencil icon.
- Click Apply at "Do not limit"
- Reset to default when installation completed.
Go back to RVsitebuilder CMS to create/edit your site again. It's ready for you now.
